To promote the restoration of the health and well being of Nuu-chah-nulth communities, and to provide people with the opportunities to achieve self-sufficiency and self-determination for themselves and for our nation as a whole. To be a truly healthy community or person, this mission must be understood in terms that promote respect, empowerment, and equality.
