Help Desk
The NTC helpdesk answers all questions related to the daily use of information technologies in the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council network. Help requests to the NTC helpdesk will be acknowledged immediately and will be followed up until solved. To access the instructions for using the NTC helpdesk click here.

Microsoft Office
The Microsoft web site offers tutorials for Office 2003 and 2007. These tutorials can be accessed by clicking the following link: Tutorials. Reference material for Office 2007 is available through the IT Department.

Power Point Viewer
Users that do not have Power Point installed on their computers can download the following viewer for Power Point Presentations: Viewer

Nuu-chah-nulth Webmail
Users can access their email using the Outlook Web Access service. This service will allow you to access your email from any Internet accessible computer. Open Internet Explorer and type in the address bar: https://mail.nuuchahnulth.org/owa or click the link below. Enter the same username/password used in the office.
